Natural A/C installed two air conditioning units for us. As a small charity, we needed a company that would be straight talking, honest and provide quality, reasonably priced equipment. We met numerous companies and felt very unhappy with the information and quotes we were getting, Finally we met Rick from Natural A/C, he was honest, straight forward and clear about what we needed and how it could be installed! This was a breath of fresh air (pardon the pun). On the day of installation, we had a major power cut as well as i being one of the few sweltering hot days. Rick and his colleague installed the units in really quite difficult circumstances, but remained utterly professional and upbeat! Natural A/C were a pleasure to deal with and provided us with an excellent service. The air conditioning units are amazing and we are extremely happy with them. In a business where most of the companies are either hard sellers or dodgy cowboys, it was a pleasure to deal with a real gentleman and a professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
